I read this post at Casapinka and thought I'd share some of the KidArt around my house.
This is a painting that Lydia and I did together when she was 6. She sketched out the angel and flower and I helped her paint it (mostly the background). It is hanging in our dining room.
This marble painting was done by Luke in pre-school. It is part of a little display- also in the dining room. If you look close enough at the photo on the right, you'll see a sleeping baby Luke in the flowerpot. Definitely embarassment material when he starts bringing home girls ; )
The last is a snowflake painting Luke did in pre-school. My favorite part is his signature as a four year old. When I first hung it up, he was very upset because it is written in the wrong direction and the E has an extra line! It is hanging above the toilet in the family bathroom.
