List 3 random facts about you, that we will be entertained by:

• I am a geek for trivia. I am always excited when something cool pops up on the Yahoo! homepage. I print it out and rush to the office to pick up my page and try to share my exciting fact with others but am greeted by blank stares and people who imply there are more important things. More important than two amateur Scrabble players playing a record breaking game? More important than a live GIANT squid caught off the shore of Japan? More important than the competition for the new 7 Wonders of the World ? I think NOT!
• I play the piano.
• I have terribly cracked heels and use udder cream to treat them. 
 

List 2 things about you, that are important for us to know:

• I am very insecure. I am always worrying about what other people think about me.
• I don't want to care about what other people think about me! I do things that make me stand apart- like tattoos and piercings and voicing my opinion.

Do you like board games? What are some favorites?

I love playing games with my students- favorites are chess, backgammon, Quiddler and Set (which you can play online), and Borderline. 

What are your non-artistic hobbies?

Reading, walking in the woods when it's nice, watching TV

until recently, I would have said, pysanky, but last week I took a class at the library and learned the basics!

not neccessarily "how to" sites, but interesting stuff with a decidedly crafty leaning- ikea hacker and not martha.
